PRIVACY POLICY

In connection with your purchase from us, you have entered personal data, in particular:

Your name
Your address
Your email address
Your phone number
Your payment information

We process this personal data in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is
necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction. The information is stored for 5 years
from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the
Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information can be deleted.

If you have ordered delivery of a physical item, the information about your name, address,
telephone number and email address will be provided to our shipping company for the
purpose of delivery of your purchases.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – CONSENT
If you have ticked the box "Yes please" send me news by email, we will treat your
email address and the information about your purchases with us confidentially until
it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no
longer wish to receive emails from us.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Marzcia Techau.
Whether we process your personal data for the performance of a contract (your
purchase) or on the basis of your consent, we will always process your personal
data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the
General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and can be
deleted when this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.
We use third parties, among other things, to process your payment information, to handle
your purchases or subscriptions, optimize your shopping experience and if you have
chosen to have our newsletter sent. We have entered into data processing agreements
with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules
on the protection of your personal data.

INFORMATION, OBJECTION, AMENDMENT, DATA PORTABILITY AND DELETION
The you can always contact us to find out which of your personal data we hold. This
can be done most easily by creating a user profile on the shop website (top right
corner) where all information will appear, including your purchases at marzcia.dk.

If there are errors in the information, they can be corrected during login, otherwise you can
always ask to have them corrected so that we have the right information. You have the
right to receive the information in a common format (data portability). If you wish to change

If you no longer wish us to process your personal data or to restrict the processing of your
personal data, you can also send us a request to this effect to the above email address.
Your information (except your email address if you have consented to its processing for the
purpose of receiving offers) will be stored for 5 years after you have received/purchased
your item.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your e-mail address (so that we
cannot send you our newsletter and relevant offers), this can be done at any time by
