TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL PAYMENT
All purchases are only paid via the webshop. It is NOT possible to pay with cash. By installment payment agreement, the first part is paid via the webshop, remaining installments via bank transfer (approx. a week before the start of the course, you will receive an email regarding the remaining payment).
PURCHASE OF COURSE
Once you have purchased a course, registration is binding.
If canceled no later than one week (7 days) BEFORE the course starts, you will get your entire paid amount back (minus fees 1.9% + 1.80kr).
After this, it is not possible with a refund of the paid, see also the conditions under each course.
PURCHASE OF A LECTURE, THEME DAY OR HEALING EVENING
Once you have purchased a seat, registration is binding. See also the conditions under each course.
BOOK PURCHASE
Books purchased through Marzcia Techau are non-returnable.
Books are shipped via PostNord, GLS, or another postal service provider.
Copying, reproduction, or distribution of the content of the book is not permitted without the prior written consent of Marzcia Techau.
PURCHASE OF DIGITAL CONTENT, MEDITATION AUDIO FILES AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
All digital content, including meditation audio files, audio-visual materials, live broadcasts, streaming services, and downloadable or on-demand content, is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the content available to third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access to the digital content and subscription services. The customer acknowledges that, once access to the digital content has commenced, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply may be lost or waived, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions are billed at a fixed recurring monthly fee starting from the date of purchase and will continue until canceled by the subscriber.
The subscriber may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the digital content and subscription services may cease immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the nature of the service and applicable law. Except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued for any subscription period that has already commenced, regardless of the timing of cancellation.
Subscription management, including cancellation, must be carried out by the subscriber through login on the website.
Access to any closed or private community, including a closed Facebook group associated with the subscription, is subject to confidentiality. Sharing information, content, or personal details relating to the group or its members with third parties is strictly prohibited. All information shared within the closed group is considered personal and confidential. Any misuse or breach of this trust may result in immediate exclusion from the group and, where appropriate, termination of the subscription.
Download Limit & Important Notice
Each purchase of a meditations Audio file includes access to a maximum of two (2) downloads per file.
Once you have downloaded the file, we strongly recommend that you save it immediately to a safe location (for example, your computer, mobile device, tablet and/or a backup drive).
Please note that repeated downloads, browser resets, device changes, or clearing cookies may count toward the download limit.
If you reach the limit, additional downloads may not be available.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND USE OF CLOSED COMMUNITY GROUPS
Members are not permitted to share any information relating to the content or participants of any closed or private community group associated with a subscription, regardless of platform.
All information shared within such closed or private groups is considered personal and confidential. Any misuse or breach of this confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the group and/or termination of access to the subscription without refund.
